The Curt Rocca Boathouse is the 4,000 square foot home of Davis Rowing. Built in 1993 by athletes, alumni, and Cal rower Curt Rocca, our boathouse is shared and maintained by both the Men’s and Women’s teams. In addition to two boat bays, our facility also includes outdoor small-boat racks and two docks on Lake Washington.
Port of West Sacramento
The Port of West Sacramento connects Lake Washington to the Sacramento Deep Water Shipping Channel, leading out to the San Francisco Bay. In one direction, our waterway features a 4-lane, 2,000 meter course, and in the other, functionally endless water for rowing.
Toomey Field houses our on-campus erg container and is the location of our land practices. Here, we also have additional exercise equipment and access to UC Davis’ Woody Wilson Track.
